How do I make an appointment?

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

How does Detailing at Valet Auto Wash Work?

Choose your detail package and any ala carte services you wish to purchase.

  • Make an appointment online on our website. You will receive a confirmation and a reminder prior to your appointment.
  • Drop off your car at a designated parking spot and enter our detailing area.
  • Review your services and vehicle with the technician and receive return time.
  • Once your vehicle is ready, we will reach out to you through your preferred form of communication.
  • Drive off with a meticulously clean vehicle and don’t forget to review your experience here for a chance to win a free detail!

Do you offer paint correction or body repairs?

No, not at this time.

Do you accept Valet Auto Wash Gift Cards for The Detail Shop?

Yes

Can I buy a Detail Service as a gift?

Yes, you can purchase a gift card in any dollar amount to go towards our Detail services or purchase gift services on our website.

Where is The Detail Shop offered?

As of October 1, 2024, The Detail Shop is only offered at our Lawrenceville location at 4 Litho Rd, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648.

Can I wait for my vehicle to be finished?

If you are receiving any a la carte services under 1 hour you are welcome to wait in the lobby for your services to be finished. However if your services will take more than 1 hour we will provide you with a return time to pick up your vehicle.

How do I know when my vehicle is finished?

You will be given a pickup time when you drop your car off for service plus we will also reach out to you through your preferred form of contact when your vehicle is set for pickup.

Do Wash Club Members get discounts on Detailing Services?

Yes! It pays to be a member of our club. All wash club members will receive 10% off detailing services.

Terms and Conditions

All detail packages are reviewed car by car and may incur oversized or extra cleaning charges and require additional time which will be covered with each customer at drop-off with our Detail Technician.

Cancelation Policy

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required at the time of your reservation, which becomes a credit toward your total detailing purchase. Any cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment otherwise the deposit is lost. You can manage your detail appointment easily online at our reservations page.
